Matam a fome ao serem  adicionadas à salada de frutas ou ao cereal; fortificam um milk-shake; cabem em  qualquer sacola. Tudo bem, isso dá 11  alimentos, porém não pude resistir. Adoro queijos, e o cottage é um bom  substituto para o queijo de cabra na salada, ricota no prato de massas e o  queijo no omelete. Ainda posso adicionar o queijo cottage à aveia ou fazer minha  receita de salada com pouca gordura com ele. Queijo cottage é rico em proteína,  cálcio, e quando escolhemos o tipo com pouca gordura temos uma grande fonte de  laticínio rico em cálcio. Adicione o polvilho e mexa energicamente, para formar uma massa que se solte das paredes do tacho. &lt;br /&gt;Retire e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Adicione o queijo e o os ovos, um a um, e bata bem ate obter uma massa lisa. Molde as bolas molhando as maos com agua fria, sempre que formar uma bola. &lt;br /&gt;Transfira para um tabuleiro e leve a meio do forno, ja aquecido a 180 graus. As bolas devem cozinhar em 25 a 35 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:&lt;br /&gt;Adicione uma colher de sobremesa de ervas aromaticas a massa. Misture com delicadeza até incorporar os ingredientes. Coloque a massa na forma e leve para assar por uns 35 a 40 minutos. Faça o teste do palito.&lt;br /&gt;Tire do forno e fure todo o bolo com um garfo. Leve o leite a ferver com a casquinha de limao. Deixe ferver e verta o preparado anterior ao leite, mexa sempre ate a mistura ficar cremosa, um pouco para o grossa. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Untar as forminhas redondas com banha e polvilhe com farinha. Estique a massa e forre as forminhas, de seguida pique-as com um garfo. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Depois disso coloca o preparado dentro das forminhas e vai ao forno a cozer. Repare se a massa ja esta cozinhada/assada, e veja tambem o aspeto do creme. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quando este comecar a ficar queimadinho desligue e desenforme.
